At WRBM I was responsible for reporting breaking news from the world of food and drink manufacturing. This included everything from making sense of the horsemeat contamination of budget burgers, mega mergers and viagra ice cream. I also wrote feature articles on major food and drink companies, such cider producer Aspall. 

 

Vox Pops International

At VPI, I helped to produce cutting-edge research copy and develop customer and employee explainer articles and videos for brands such as Sky, The Co-operative, Marks & Spencer, The Trainline and Dixons Carphone.

As I freelance journalist I've covered everything from professional wrestling, magic and comedy to mental health.

Like with all freelancers, my copywriting clients vary in size from major FTSE100 businesses to start-up entrepreneurs. One day I can be carrying out a total overhaul of the Hunter Boots US website product descriptions, ensuring I stick to the welly boot company's clear brand identity whilst adding as much fun and humour and including all the SEO keywords. The next, I will be sitting down with a new brand, such as Rollagranola, to help create a company voice and provide copy that will make their products stand out from the crowded grocery market both online and in-store.
